Job Title: Warehouse Associate (Day Shift)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in organizing items ordered by customers and clients and preparing them for shipment.

Responsibilities

• Sort customer orders with high speed and efficiency for long stretches of time.

• Verify shipments are sent to customers with proper labeling and correct inventory inside the package.

• Wrap and seal shipments once the proper items are inside and ensure that the package is tagged properly and sent to the correct place, along with being marked with weight and time-stamped.

• Record data on the shipment of packages both inbound and outbound.

• Package, ship, and inspect outgoing packages.

• Examine and inspect containers, materials, and products to ensure packing specifications are met.

• Measure, weigh, and count products.

• Record product, packaging, and order information on specified forms and records.

• Conduct inventories and maintain the appearance and flow of goods and workspace.

• Utilize the computer system to identify tasks, enter completed tasks, and find goods.

• Fill orders for the delivery, sale, and movement of products and goods.

• Operate equipment to collect, deliver, and package goods.

• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

• Adhere to housekeeping standards.

• Follow warehouse safety guidelines.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required

• 6+ months of experience in a stockroom, picking, packing, or warehouse role required

• Basic math and reading skills required

• Ability to read and understand written and verbal instructions

• Experience with loading/unloading trucks is a plus

• Ability to stand for 8 hours per day

• Ability to carry 50 lbs. for 100 feet unassisted

Work Environment

Our company is a one-stop shop with all the car wash equipment, parts, education, software, and car wash innovations to keep your business growing. We sell more conveyorized car wash equipment than anyone in the world and have been in the industry since 1949. The shift for this position is from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm or 10:30 am to 7:00 pm. The work attire includes long pants or work jeans, a plain t-shirt, and steel-toed shoes. Our team is small and growing, and we value versatility and willingness to perform other duties outside of the warehouse tasks such as painting and cleaning the facility.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00
