Job Title: Warehouse Driver

Job Description

• Picks and assembles customer orders as indicated on the pick list • Completes door to door deliveries by driving company truck on assigned route • Maintains and safely navigates the Company vehicle • Documents, records, and completes driver log when making deliveries • Receives product deliveries and unloads delivery trucks in a timely manner • Inspects received products for damage and volume accuracy and documents accordingly • Accurately stocks inventory in the assigned warehouse location and rotates product inventory to maintain a First-IN, First-OUT (FIFO) food storage system • Partakes in warehouse upkeep and ensures the stockroom is clean and organized • Coordinates with manager and salespersons to assemble urgent deliveries to customers • Maintains high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service • Attends semiannual inventory count on designated day, possibly on a weekend • Provides logistics support for Company events and functions outside of normal working hours • Performs other duties as assigned

This is a fully on-site position in Phoenix, Arizona.

Work Environment

Warehouse and on-the-road deliveries to Japanese restaurants and markets across the valley. Requires physical activity such as carrying rice and sake, and involves both indoor and outdoor work.
