Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator to join our site development team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating various types of heavy machinery, including excavators, bulldozers, and loaders, to assist in the preparation and development of construction sites.

Responsibilities:

• Operate heavy equipment such as excavators, bulldozers, and loaders.

• Perform site fine grading, excavation, and backfilling.

• Read and interpret site plans and construction drawings.

• Conduct pre-operational checks and routine maintenance on equipment.

• GPS experience preferred.

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

• Coordinate with other crew members to ensure efficient workflow.

• Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to the supervisor.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Valid heavy equipment operator’s license.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in site development or a related field.

• Strong understanding of safety protocols and procedures.

• Ability to read and interpret construction plans.
