The Aventure Healthcare Team is currently hiring CNAs (Certified Nursing Assistant) and CMAs (Certified Medication Aide / Manager) to join their teams in Iowa, Nebraska and South Dakota. Aventure Healthcare staff get to pick their shifts from our pool of available jobs in the tri-state area. Those certified in multiple states are highly encouraged to apply!

Job Duties include:

• Assist patients getting in and out of bed
• Assist patients with personal and oral hygiene
• Perform basic movement exercises
• Serve meals and assist patients with eating
• Assist patients in mobility
• Offer compassion to patients and loved ones
• Work with other floor/hall CNAs to care for multiple patients at once
• Take and report vital statistics
• Monitor food, water, and medication intake
• Monitor and report any behavior, health, or vital statistic changes

CNA Pay Rates:$18-$22/hr

Pay depends on experience level, credentials, and work history

Med Aide Pay Rate: $23.00/hr

Typical shift times are

6a-2p, 2p-10p, 10p-6a, 6a-6p, 6p-6a

Position Requirements:

• Valid CNA or Medication Aide Certification
• Current 2-step TB Test and Physical
• Mandatory Reporter Certificate preferred - we can help you obtain it!
