JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Provides support and maintains appropriate user access and supporting documentation for a variety of CTBI systems, including:
Enterprise Directory Services (Windows Active Directory)
Enterprise File Sharing Servies (Windows Server)
Enterprise Collabration System (Microsoft Office 365)
Mobile Device Management System ( Blackberry Unified Management)
Enterprise Document Imaging System (FIS FCM)
Various internally developed applications
Ensures network and application security through the daily review of system reports and annual security reviews.
Performs routine updates of Intranet content.
Assists other Technology teams and Systems Support when required to resolve issues involving user applications.
Continues to improve proficiency with technologies in use by CTBI through mentoring, self-study, online curricula, and other approved methods.
Maintain and monitor logs and error history reports for telephone and data communications systems.
Ensure all actions performed are in compliance with government regulations and organizational policies and procedures.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES/EXPERIENCE
a High School diploma/GED (required) or an Associates Degree or higher (preferred);
demonstrated proficiency with computer software applications used by CTBI;
excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills;
adequate problem solving skills; and
a valid driver's license for occasional travel requirements.

outgoing, highly organized, persistent, flexible and able to focus on long term, team-oriented goals; and
a quick learner with the ability to excel in a highly technical and continually changing environment.
WORKING CONDITIONS
Normal office conditions.
Some travel required.

The effective User Administration and Security Specialist I will carry out their job responsibilities in a highly competent and professional manner. Tasks should be performed in a timely fashion in adherence to departmental best practices to ensure the best possible user experience, the integrity of CTBI application and network security, and the confidentiality of all company and user information.
