Obtain patient history, basic vitals, ECG and assist with physical assessment. Triage patient phone calls. Review test results with patient as instructed by provider. Assist with patient scheduling and referrals. Assist with check in/check out. Experience with phlebotomy required. Current LPN NC license required. BLS certification required. Minimum of 2 years of experience as LPN required. At least 1 year of clinic experience in case management preferred.
