QUALIFICATIONS Education/formal training/licensure/certification/experience: High school diploma or equivalent required. Completion of Medical Assistant, Phlebotomy or equivalent training from an accredited program. Certification required. Must obtain Breath Alcohol and Urine Drug Screen Certification within 60 days of employment. Within 90 days must obtain NISOH and Audiometry CAOHC Certification. Cover 6 counties. Additional Skills : Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills. Effective communication, ability to deal with conflict resolution; self-directed and motivated; ability to establish priorities, and work within established time frame. Flexible and adaptability to changing environment. Will assist with client registration, measuring blood pressure, measuring waist circumference, and drawing blood.
