Job Title: Boiler Operator

Job Description

The Boiler Operator will be responsible for conducting visual safety inspections, documenting pressure and temperature, and maintaining accurate records in log books and log sheets. The role requires visiting various sites to ensure the operational integrity and safety of boiler systems. The operator will also provide customer service and address any potential issues identified during inspections.

Hard Skills

• Blue Seal or Black Seal High Pressure NJ boiler license

• Ability to monitor boiler functions

• Perform maintenance on boilers

• Experience logging readings in a log book

Soft Skills

• Customer service experience

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 9 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Piscataway, New Jersey.

Work Environment

This position is based in a multi-city university that operates continuously. Employees in the facility department are considered essential and are crucial in keeping the university operational at all times.
