Work on OTS product implementation like Guidewire and Duck Creek including platform upgrades. Perform project rollouts of P&C Insurance frontend Applications, Underwriting & Rating Applications, Billing Systems, Claims Systems, Portals, and Policy Administration Systems (PAS) with Forms and Output. Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Guidewire claim center’s key functionalities like FNOL, Claims Assignments, Activities, Exposure Assignments, Payments, Subrogation etc. Identify Guidewire solution for key integrations, demo Guidewire product out of the box functionalities and identify client customization requirements for implementation. Work in P&C Insurance Domain with focus on organizational deliverables, best practices and client management using various methodologies (Waterfall, Agile), partner products, tools & platforms. Perform System Study, Gap Analysis, Feasibility Analysis, Estimations and Project Planning enhancing the capabilities of Jira. Create BRD, Functional Specification Documents, behavioral and structural UML diagrams including Data Flow and Use Cases, design the Wireframes, Mind maps, build work items (Epic/Feature/Stories) and provide training to other stakeholders. Utilize process modeling tools (e.g., Visio), UI/UX, human centered design principles, Jira, Confluence, Miro, ITIL tools and process framework.Reqs: Bachelor’s degree (or equiv) in CompSci, Engg (Comp/Mech/Electronic), or related field, plus 5 years of experience in occupation involving similar duties/technical capabilities. Must be willing to relocate and work anywhere in the U.S.
