Join our team as a Module Fabrication Operator, where you will operate various fabrication processes and equipment under the guidance of the Plant Manager and Fabrication Coordinator. Your main goal will be to produce high-quality modules efficiently, ensuring safety and compliance with regulations. These modules, made from materials like Carbon Steel and Aluminum, are crucial in industries such as Food Manufacturing and Chemical Processing, serving unique filtration needs. Your responsibilities will include assembling modules, conducting quality control, interacting with PLCs for data collection, maintaining equipment, and identifying improvement opportunities.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Pittsburg, California.

Work Environment

You will be working in a controlled manufacturing environment within an 80k square foot facility, divided into sections including the Mod Fab area where you will be stationed. The facility enforces a strict no-smoking policy due to shared premises with chemical operations. Your initial schedule will cover 6am - 2pm shifts from Monday-Friday, with potential overtime. Eventually, you will shift to a rotating schedule alternating weekly between day and night shifts.
