ePS is hiring for an Account Development Representative Sales Manager, to extend our customer reach across the commercial print, packaging and corrugated markets. ADR's are responsible for maintaining a routine call frequency into their prospect and customer bases to establish and build trustworthy relationships with decision-makers and business owners. The ADR's must be able to provide high-value-add to our customer base by selling products, solutions and services that extend product life-cycles/warranties, provide additional product functionality/benefit, advance the desired state of their workflows and constantly challenge executives to make additional improvements to their business.

Position Duties:

  • Lead and manage the North American ADR Sales Team, in all aspects of the sales process and keep team members accountable to KPIs that drive business unit and P&L responsibility initiatives.

  • Oversee and execute sales strategies, while creating a large portfolio of opportunities, driving pipeline momentum, developing & executing comprehensive GTM plans for key initiatives and identifying opportunities to validate beta products.

  • Develop and maintain strong, strategic relationships with Professional Services, Support and Customer Success teams.

  • Negotiate, at C-level, annual renewal contracts for key corporate relationships

  • Directly manage multiple national franchise and US Government relationships

  • Individual new-sales contributor that beats their quarterly/annual quota

  • Direct and manage a geographic territory to maximize sales productivity and grow overall market share

  • Manage direct sales processes and accounts Build long-term, trusted advisor relationships with new and repeat customers

  • Lead the entire sales process from qualification to closure

  • Research companies and profiles to identify and source prospects to generate new sales opportunities

  • Build pipelines and close sales to achieve daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual targets

  • Provide accurate pipeline forecasting and reporting to direct manager

  • Provide product demonstrations and training to end users

  • Negotiate terms and conditions using authorized discretion and decision-making abilities Build a sales business that leads to consistent, predictable and growing sales

Position requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or IT related. Professional experience may be considered in lieu of completed Degree

  • Possess 3+ years’ experience managing software sales people, with a focus of sales over the phone

  • Possess 5+ years of related software sales over the phone

  • Possesses 3-5 years of either professional experience in the printing industry or ERP Software Sales preferred

  • Ability to conduct 30-40 daily outbound/inbound contact goals to ensure that monthly sales goal is reached

  • Display rapid ROIs and positive cash flow models for closing sales quickly

  • Can conduct a high number of transactions and high level of productivity

  • Possess solid technical working knowledge of PC’s, networks and applications

  • Are experienced using MS applications and have web demo experience

  • Are customer-oriented and possesses outstanding presentation and communication skills

  • Are experienced autonomously working cross-functionally from a remote location.

  • Can adapt well in a high-growth environment and contribute to the overall success of the team/department
