Accounts Payable Clerk

Description:

Looking for someone to come in and do the following:

  • Review invoices for accuracy

  • PC literate and analytical

  • Knows 10 key

  • Sole person who takes care of the incoming mail – sorts and scans or routes mail where it should go.

  • Receives Checks and Distributes accordingly

  • Processes invoices in FCF and provides support for auditing and any help that is needed in working with large sources of invoices that need processing.

  • Monitors the Engie EDI feed and reconciles transmitted files to ensure all payments successfully flowed through with no issues.
