We are looking for candidates with a strong background in Accounts Payable, Proficiency with the Microsoft Suite and a passion for accuracy, organization, and teamwork. Your responsibilities each day:
• Ensure the efficient and accurate processing of invoices.
• Handle vendor payments with precision and timeliness.
• Use Skyline accounting software for various tasks.
• Conduct reconciliation of vendor statements, including balancing accounts and resolving discrepancies.
• Communicate effectively with vendors and maintain precise records.
• Handle large batches of invoices and meet strict deadlines.
• Process online payments for utilities in a timely manner.
• Prepare and process monthly financial statements and distributions to owners.
• Carry out monthly filing of all invoices and financial statements.
• Utilize skills in Accounts Payable (AP), Check Runs, Coding Invoices, Data Entry, Invoice Processing, Microsoft Excel, and Skyline.

Requirements • Experienced in Accounts Payable (AP) operations and management
• Proficient in running checks and managing financial obligations
• Skilled in coding invoices for streamlined accounts payable processing
• Demonstrated ability in data entry for efficient record-keeping
• Familiarity with invoice processing to ensure timely payments
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data organization and analysis
• Experience with Skyline software for property management and operations
• Familiarity with the real estate and property industry, its standards, and regulations
