Description We are seeking a meticulous and dedicated Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team in the amusement and entertainment industry. This role is based in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and offers a contract to hire employment opportunity. As an Accounts Receivable Clerk, you will be tasked with maintaining and processing accounts receivable records and transactions, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and process accounts receivable transactions

• Maintain accurate records of customer credit applications

• Resolve customer inquiries related to credit accounts in a timely and professional manner

• Monitor customer credit accounts and take necessary actions to collect delinquent payments

• Apply cash collections to the appropriate customer accounts

• Use various accounting software such as Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP for processing and tracking receivables

• Perform account reconciliation to ensure accurate reporting and ledger maintenance

• Collaborate with other departments to resolve account discrepancies

• Use Microsoft Excel for data entry and financial reporting

• Handle commercial collections and billing operations efficiently. Requirements • Proficiency in using accounting software such as Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP.

• Solid understanding of Accounts Receivable (AR) processes.

• Demonstrated experience in Account Reconciliation.

• Ability to handle Billing tasks effectively and efficiently.

• Experience in Cash Applications and Cash Collections.

• Skills in Commercial Collections are necessary.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel to handle data and reporting.

• Prior experience in the Amusement/Recreation Ser/Entertainment industry is a plus.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize work to meet deadlines.

• Good communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with internal teams and external parties.

• High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential and sensitive information appropriately.
