Summary:

The BIM Modeler will be responsible for developing physical layouts of electrical systems based on 3D scans, engineering designs, and customer standards.

Responsibilities:

• Develop electrical models for internal fabrication
• Provide BIM coordination to review and analyze equipment and material submittals
• Assist in the estimation process and planning of VDC efforts
• Produce prefabrication spool
• Develop 3D models by analyzing prototypes and 2D drawings
• Perform 3D modeling for elements of electrical infrastructure, electrical distribution, and circuit layouts

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in electrical or mechanical engineering
• At least 3 years of experience in electrical construction
• Strong knowledge of NEC and constructability practices
• Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD
