Job Title: Indirect Sourcing SpecialistJob Description

We are seeking an Indirect Sourcing Specialist to support category strategy and maximize value by overseeing the end-to-end requisitioning process in line with established purchasing policies and spending thresholds. This role involves reviewing low-to-medium spend and identifying opportunities to leverage relationships with strategic suppliers. The successful candidate will support sourcing events for mid-low Tail Spend Opportunities, execute one-off buys and competitive bid events for small to medium-sized projects, and evaluate supplier bids to provide award recommendations. This role also includes conducting first-level contract discussions, working closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs, monitoring contract and pricing compliance, and maintaining accurate procurement records.

Work Site

This is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and some days remote.

Hybrid work environment with a schedule to be determined. Potential travel to Cumberland, MD.
