Responsibilities * Provide IT deskside support to all employees at the Arconic Corporate Center in Pittsburgh PA - Provide White Glove IT services to all company executives  * Diagnose and resolve software and hardware incidents, including operating system (Windows 10), network, mobile devices and across a range of applications  * Operate with Arconic IS standards and conventions and applicable Arconic BU/RU IT Standards * Stage, configure, and deliver IT assets (e.g. personal computers and mobile phones) * Manage the inventory of IT assets in the building  * Support IT systems at the location * Work across a global IT support team to share information and best practices * Responsible for ordering all mobile cellular equipment for North America and maintain vendor relationships.

Qualifications Basic Qualifications: * High School Diploma or Equivalent from an accredited organization * 2 years' experience in an IT Customer Service role  * Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.  * This position may require access to export-controlled technology, as defined in the Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. §730, et seq.) and/or the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).  * Qualified candidate must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident of the U.S., protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3) or be eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the relevant government agency. Business demands may require employer to proceed with candidates who are immediately eligible to access controlled technology. 

Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
