Operate a computerized Point of Sale, System, cash register at the restaurant. Manage and oversee staff, enforcing company policies and procedures. Analyze monthly budget variance reports and develop action plans to improve financial performance.

REQUIREMENTS: High School/GED or foreign equivalent and one (1) years' experience in Store management. Food Safety Certification and Travel to branch restaurants required.
