Bizowie Enterprise Sales Representative (on-site) in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania

Bizowie Cloud ERP is seeking an ambitious, results-driven Enterprise Sales Representative (full time, onsite employee) to execute all aspects of our new business pipeline.

Job duties include:

  • Own the sales cycle from initial customer prospecting throughout product selection / implementation hand off 

  • Professionally interact with prospective customers, answering questions, gathering customer needs, qualifying opportunities and setting appointments for customer and product fit assessment 

  • Follow up with prospective customers throughout all stages of the sales cycle

  • Lead the customer through a product demonstration relevant to their verbalized key requirements and current bottlenecks

  • Thoroughly document all sales activities in our CRM software

  • Identify new sales prospects via provided lead channels and database research

  • Resolve customer concerns with features and benefits within the software platform

  • Prepare a customer for what to expect during an ERP implementation with Bizowie

  • Provide clean hand offs to implementation team, including high level customer requirements and  goals

    Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study, or 5+ years of sales experience

  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to flexibly interact with prospects via telephone, email, video conference and other media

  • Technically adept and able to understand our ERP platform in its entirety 

  • Self-starter with the ability and willingness to understand,  translate (and from a high level), document a customer’s unique business processes

  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills

  • Ability to properly qualify potential customers to ensure there is proper fit from both the software and customer perspective

  • Ability to identify and communicate with the key decision maker(s) early in the sales process

  • Ability to take instruction and run with feedback from leadership team in all aspects of the sales process

  • Willingness to adopt new process and changes as the organization sees fit

  • Strong ability to work within a team environment with a singular vision

    This is an in office / onsite position.
