REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business, health care, or related field or HS Diploma or equivalent plus 7 Years Relevant experience

  • 3+ years of experience in providing administrative support to corporate executives and/or governing boards.

  • Must possess personal and professional values consistent with those of Pittsburgh Mercy, Trinity Health, and its sponsors.

  • Must be able to work as a highly functioning member of a team, maintain a high level of confidentiality and be able to work effectively with all levels of the organization.

  • Must have commandment of effective oral/written communication skills.

  • Act 33/34 and 72 Clearances

  • Pre-Employment drug screening

SCHEDULE: Primarily Daylight Monday – Friday (this is an exempt position)

ABOUT THE ROLE:

The Executive Assistant plays a crucial role in providing dedicated administrative and project support for Pittsburgh Mercy’s Primary Care Federally Qualified Health Center and the Health Care for the Homeless new access point. Responsibilities include ensuring the efficient operation of executive functions by supporting the Chief Medical Officer. This role involves managing a variety of tasks related to organizational and communication needs, handling confidential and time-sensitive materials, and delivering high-quality support promptly.
