HR Client Services Supervisor

 

Supervises daily operations of institution-wide human resources customer service center using the Salesforce platform and Amazon Connect phone system.

  • Project management knowledge and prioritization abilities. Job Summary

Manages daily operations of customer service center and supervises team. Assists with the development and implementation of initiatives to improve internal processes. Serves as content expert in the delivery of required compliance procedures and provides guidance.

Essential Functions * The position reports directly to the Manager of HR Client Services and is responsible for: Supervising the daily operations of a team of 3 client services representatives. * Reviewing and assigning Salesforce cases/inquiries to team members and other Human Resources and Payroll units. * Meeting with direct reports daily to troubleshoot and plan the day's activities. * Creating and monitoring work schedules and approving team member time-off requests within established calendar dates. * Approving bi-weekly timecards. * Reviewing team performance metrics, accuracy, and efficiency and setting individual performance goals with Manager's assistance. * Conducting performance reviews and documenting/managing any team performance issues. * Running and analyzing reports and dashboards for management. * Identifying and sharing professional development opportunities with team members. * Writing and appropriately disseminating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). * Serving as the content expert for team members and other units. * Providing guidance and training on processes/policies to HR staff and/or University department administrators. * Interviewing potential new hires, hiring new employees. * Developing initiatives to improve internal processes. Physical Effort

Moderate physical effort required. May be required to stand/move for several hours at a time. May be required to move objects up to 50 pounds with or without assistance of equipment.
