Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor with experience in both electrical and mechanical maintenance experience. The ideal candidate will have experience with PLCs, VFDs, and previous supervisor roles.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical troubleshooting, repair, and preventative maintenance.

• Conduct mechanical troubleshooting, repair, and preventative maintenance, including work with hydraulics, pneumatics, combustion systems, and gas valves.

• Read and interpret blueprints, perform teardown and repair of machinery, and ensure proper lock-out/tag-out procedures are followed.

• Supervise a maintenance team working on a rotating 12-hour shift schedule.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $72000.00 - $112000.00
