Insight Global Office Manager in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania

Job Description

A client of Insight Global is seeking a highly organized and skilled Office Manager to join a their team in the Greentree area of Pittsburgh, PA. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring efficient communication, and maintaining a productive work environment. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in office management and bookkeeping, looking to utilize their administrative skills to make a positive impact. Working hours are on-site 8-5 M-F and they are potentially open to a Hybrid schedule down the line.

Responsibilities:

  Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, including the use of office equipment such as scanners, copy machines, and computers.

  Manage office phones and ensure timely communication with owners and staff.

  Assist with bookkeeping tasks, including accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) management.

  Handle banking transactions and maintain accurate accounting records.

  Utilize QuickBooks for inventory-related accounting tasks and basic bookkeeping, including accounts payable/receivable and inventory management.

  Develop and implement organizational systems to improve office efficiency and productivity.

  Ensure the office is well-organized, and maintain a clean and welcoming environment.

  Collaborate with staff and other departments to ensure professional and succinct communication and collaboration.

  Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.

  Organize and schedule meetings and appointments.

  Provide general administrative support to the team.

Skills and Requirements

· 5-10 years of experience in Bookkeeping, AP/AR, or relevant job function.

 · Proficiency in QuickBooks Manufacturing & wholesale · Experience with automated bookkeeping tasks and inventory management. null
