Receptionist

 

The incumbent will be responsible for higher level office support functions. These could include, but are not limited to, coordinating and managing office activities, preparing disbursements, managing schedules, and participating in the management of departmental budgets.

The incumbent will also explain services provided at the Homewood CEC as well as answering questions of community members, greeting patients for clinic, as well as setting patients up on tablets while waiting in the reception area, and handling/filing of sensitive information.

Experience in clinic receptionist work preferred.

A High School Diploma or GED is required for this position and an Associates degree is Preferred.
