We're seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Data Entry Operator I - Lockbox Data Validation to join our Global Payments and Treasury Services Operations team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA, and will work Fully Onsite. Work Schedule (Daylight Shift): Friday-Tuesday - 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM / Wednesday & Thursday - Off In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways: Daily completion of data entry functions Produce expedited, streamlined payment processing for our customers Handle specialized and sensitive customer accounts Assist with workflow execution, quality control checks, training partner activity and other senior operator duties as assigned To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following: High school/secondary school or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required Bachelors degree preferred 0-1 years of total work experience preferred Ability to read and follow both written and verbal instructions Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity Strong attention to detail Willingness to work in a high production, fast paced environment Ability to multi-task and learn multiple functions Leadership skills preferred At BNY, our culture speaks for itself.
