TEKsystems is currently looking for multiple ServiceNow Developers to support a major client on a 100% remote basis. We need Developer focused on these modules: Service Level Management, Service Portfolio Management, CSDM, Employee Center Pro, Service Mapping.

This role supports the IT Service Management (ITSM) team’s Service crew at our client, which is focused on creating and managing the enterprise Common Service Data Model (CSDM) within ServiceNow.

Responsibilities include:

• Creates design patterns for the common service data model (CSDM) within ServiceNow.

• Coordinate with business application owners and stakeholders to map out services

Proposes, designs & codes software solutions to address complex business needs. Oversees technical and procedural documentation required.

Leads complex problem solving.

Provides technical guidance and support to colleagues and solution development.
