Robert Half Technical Operations Engineer in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania

Description We are in search of a Technical Operations Engineer to join our team in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. This role is central to our mission, focusing on the optimization and improvement of our business systems and operations to enhance client experience. As the Technical Operations Engineer you will be instrumental in creating actionable business intelligence reports and establishing efficient processes to drive successful outcomes.

Responsibilities: • Lead efforts to improve system quality by reevaluating existing systems and guiding the team on technology optimization • Innovate and streamline our processes to ensure smooth client onboarding and servicing • Organize and optimize client-operational touchpoints throughout the firm's operations to enhance client experience • Act as an informational liaison between our firm and partners, ensuring all parties have the necessary information for decision-making • Utilize your extensive knowledge of CRM systems (such as Salesforce, etc.) to optimize firm capabilities • Construct business intelligence reports to support the principal of the firm in making both tactical and strategic decisions • Breakdown complex goals into actionable steps, managing resources effectively towards goal completion • Use fluency in Microsoft Office Suite to customize office solutions to achieve firm outcomes and deliver unique services • Apply your operational knowledge and talents gained from working in financial planning/wealth management to actualize ideas and implement solutions • Utilize skills in 'Business systems', 'CRM', 'Database', 'Business Process Functions', 'Business Requirement Document', 'Microsoft Office 365' to effectively perform your role. Requirements • Proficiency in Business Systems

• Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

• Knowledge of Database management

• Familiarity with Business Process Functions

• Ability to create and manage Business Requirement Documents

• Proficient use of Microsoft Office 365

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
