We're seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Client Processing Manager I to join our Wealth Management team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA - ONSITE. In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways: Manage and lead a staff of 10-15 professionals responsible for servicing loan activations, advances, payments and all related account maintenance. Ensure adherence to internal policies, procedures, controls and best practices to foster a strong risk mitigation environment and compliance to all department, enterprise, fiduciary and regulatory requirements. Manages the performance of teams and sets area priorities in line with those of the Service Delivery group. Recruit, direct, motivate, and develop professional staff to maximize their contributions and support their professional growth Responsible for the achievement of team goals and objectives, talent management and supervision of Loan Servicing staff Participates in various projects related to loan servicing systems, product/solution development, data management and software release testing Responsible for providing superior service to both internal constituents and external clients Responsible for management unit financial resources (budget, expenses, etc.) To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following: Bachelors' degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required 10+ years of total work experience with 1-2 years of management experience preferred. Strong experience in lending operations and/or client service in a related financial services discipline preferred. Possess strong PC skills with proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access.
