Your Role at Raising Cane’s:

The Accounting Coordinator is responsible for recording the restaurants’ sales and reconciling cash deposits made by restaurants to ensure timely and accurate deposits are made. This role requires proficient communication skills to ensure effective collaboration with other departments.

Your Impact and Responsibilities:

• Oversees the daily maintenance of all bank reconciliations with accuracy and timeliness

• Supports Treasury Accountant operators and other departments with cash issues, ensuring timely notifications to management of any missing deposits

• Assists coordination between vendors and escalations of smart safe technical issues

• Collaborates with the Customer Relations team to process refund cases for customers

• Ensures company internal procedures are being followed and safeguards company assets

• Provides support to the Treasury Team as needed

Requirements for Success:

• 1+ years related training or experience in accounting, finance or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience

• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities that may be constantly changing

• Self-driven, flexible, and highly energetic with strong written and verbal communication skills

• Able to work effectively and efficiently both independently and collaboratively

• Microsoft Proficient: Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
