FANNIE MAE Business Acct Mgmt Solutions - Customer and Partner Management - Advisor (Work Remote Option) in Plano, Texas

Job Description As a valued contributor to our team, you will advise the team on methods and processes for overseeing customer network development and customer support activities, as well as supporting customer engagement opportunities. Additionally, you will be responsible for planning, managing, or coordinating operational activities for the team with the help of executives and staff managers.

THE IMPACT YOU WILL MAKE

The Business Acct Mgmt Solutions - Customer and Partner Management - Advisor role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:

  • Review and provide advice on customer relationships across business units and/or customer accounts, and strive to do what's right for our customers.

  • Identify executives, managers, and team members to support customer relationships.

  • Advise team on promoting and selling Fannie Mae's products and services to make sure people across the country have access to affordable financing opportunities.

  • Provide support for operational activities.

  • Provide subject matter expertise, best practices, and recommendations to the team.

  • Communicate critical customer feedback about digital products and programs to product teams for future developments.

  • Leverage extensive technical knowledge of product offerings to support and build sales.

Qualifications THE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING TO THE TEAM

Minimum Required Experiences

  • 6 years

Desired Experiences

  • Bachelo'sr degree or equivalent

Skills

  • Skilled in presenting complex information and/or ideas to an audience in a way that is engaging and easy to understand.

  • Communication including communicating in writing or verbally, copywriting, planning and distributing communication, etc.

  • Influencing including negotiating, persuading others, facilitating meetings, and resolving conflict.

  • Experience identifying and selecting strategic options and identifying appropriate resources to meet the defined objectives.

  • Skilled in presenting information and/or ideas to an audience in a way that is engaging and easy to understand.

  • Working with people with different functional expertise respectfully and cooperatively to work toward a common goal.

  • Adept at managing project plans, resources, and people to ensure successful project completion.

  • Experience identifying and selecting strategic options and identifying resources to meet the defined objectives.

  • Operational Excellence including improving and overseeing operations

Tools

  • Experience using Salesforce CRM

  • Skilled in Excel

  • Skilled in Mural
