Our client, a Fortune 500 financial client is seeking a Business Analyst to join their team. The ideal candidate will have great communication skills, technically sound person, and have financial experience which will align successfully with the organization.

Job Title: Business Analyst

Location: Plano TX

Pay Range: Best in the Segment on W2

What’s the Job?

  • Responsible for stocking the product backlog by identifying and prioritizing user stories based on business value.

  • Works closely with stakeholders and the development team to ensure that the product backlog contains all necessary features and requirements to meet customer needs.

  • Captures and supports the delivery of business and/or system requirements to deliver significant business outcomes.

  • Works with stakeholders to understand needs, capture requirements, perform impact analysis, and refine requirements into actionable specifications.

  • Influences stakeholder strategy and helps envision and create solutions to solve problems.

What’s Needed?

  • Planning and analysis skills.

  • Ability to gather and elicit requirements effectively.

  • Experience in managing backlogs and prioritizing tasks.

  • Proficient in documenting and maintaining requirements.

  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and leading Agile planning events.
