Title: Clerk Lead

Location : Hybrid position located at 3033 W. President George Bush Hwy., Suite 100A, Plano, TX 75075

Candidates must live within 50 miles of location.

Shift : Monday-Friday 9:00am – 6:00pm. Hybrid role, in office 1 day/week, WFH 4 days/week as discussed with manager.

The Clerk Lead is responsible for providing support through making and receiving phone calls to exchange information to accomplish tasks, organizing and maintaining files, records and lists and handling mail.

How you will make an impact:

Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:

• Types letters, forms and other documents as directed using word processing and spreadsheet software.

• Checks documents for accuracy and completeness, and cross-reference information.

• Process forms and documents.

• Maintains supply inventories.

• Acts as the department lead.

• Monitors workflow and may assign work to staff as appropriate.

• Normally receives no instruction on routine work, general instructions on new assignments and makes significant contributions to work team.

• Trains clerical staff.

Minimum Requirements:

• Requires a HS diploma or GED and a minimum of 5+ years of clerical experience; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.

Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences :

• Associates in this role are expected to have working knowledge of various operations of the organization, products and services, knowledge of clerical/administrative functions, and customer service as well as knowledge of office software, such as Microsoft Windows, Word, and Excel.
