JPMorgan Chase Corporate Insurance - Product Management Analyst in Plano, Texas

Corporate Insurance Services (CIS) is part of the Chief Administrative Office (CAO) and is responsible for negotiating, structuring and administering worldwide insurance programs for JPMorgan Chase & Co.'s businesses and operations. Department responsibilities also include managing a captive insurance company, managing insurance claims, and reviewing client and vendor contracts.

As a Product Management Analyst in Corporate Insurance Services, you will support the CIS Leadership Team, and will play a key role in driving report creation through data collection and analysis.

You will collect data from various team members and online platforms, as well as compilation of reports for various audiences including senior firm leadership, with an eye toward storytelling and positioning data points in a meaningful, compelling way.

You will also contribute to product management across the organization, including ongoing process uplift and feedback collection for digitized products including evidence of insurance and contract review.

As a flexible team member, you will have an interest in insurance and willingness to learn; at times supporting other areas of CIS, such as reviewing insurance language in contracts and issuing evidence of insurance to lines of business across the firm, as needed.

Job responsibilities:

  • Work with CIS leaders and SMEs to prepare routine and ad hoc business management reporting and presentations; create impactful presentations and succinctly communicate findings

  • Work with the CIS product management lead and associate to support a range of CIS products, including digitization of evidence of insurance and contract reviews

  • Support digitization (shift from manual to online platforms/processes) and ongoing review / uplift of various CIS products

  • Help to identify areas of improvement in existing business processes to enhance team efficiency and improve end user experience

  • Support the department culture committee

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Communications or a related field

  • Insurance background not required, but curiosity and willingness to jump into insurance projects and BAU, as needed

  • 1+ years of experience in financial services, business management, communications management or a related area; or equivalent educational coursework

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills along with creativity and attention to detail, to help use data and information to drive insights and decisions.

  • Experience of working in team environments in a collaborative, efficient and effective manner

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a "can-do" attitude

  • Proven experience in project management, including managing projects and initiatives

  • Self-motivated, tenacious, and able to work with some oversight, but also independently

  • Strong time management, organizational and prioritization skills

  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) - with an emphasis on PowerPoint/PitchPro
