ManpowerGroup Customer Success Engineer - NGFW in Plano, Texas

Our client in the cybersecurity services industry is seeking a Customer Success Engineer to join their team.

Job Title: Customer Success Engineer - NGFW

Location: Hybrid-Plano, TX

What’s the Job?

  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of Next Generation Firewall (NGFW) technologies, providing technical assistance to customers and partners to optimize the utilization of our products.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product and Engineering, to contribute to the development, integration, and implementation of network security and endpoint solutions.

  • Act as a customer advocate, influencing upgrade decisions by suggesting stable code versions and identifying use cases.

  • Support customers in identifying candidate releases to upgrade to and efficiently achieve their security objectives.

  • Work closely with account teams to assist in delivering a high-touch delivery strategy, technical account plan deployments, and product-level success plans.

What’s Needed?

  • STEM graduate with a Computer Science, Engineering, or Networking degree.

  • Strong understanding of JIRA and JQL is required.

  • Knowledge of scripting languages like Python is a strong plus.

  • Basic understanding of network security concepts, with a strong willingness to learn and develop deep expertise in Palo Alto Networks NGFW security platforms.

  • Familiarity with Enterprise network products and a keen interest in expanding knowledge in network security.

  • Basic knowledge of Windows, Mac, and Linux operating systems.
