JPMorgan Chase Data and Analytics - Product Delivery Senior Associate in Plano, Texas

As a Product Delivery Senior Associate, within the Data and Analytics Team, you will support the enhancement and optimization of product delivery to customers and help create solutions and efficiencies that enable successful implementations in an organized manner.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support end-to-end product delivery processes, including intake, dependency management, and product performance reporting.

  • Assist in product requirement gathering and change management activities across functional partners and ensure adherence to the firm's risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements.

  • Manage timelines and dependencies while monitoring blockers and liaising with stakeholders and functional partners.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product delivery or a relevant domain area.

  • Familiarity with the software product development life cycle, design, and data analytics.

  • Bachelors Degree in a technical field and a Masters in Business Administration.

  • Demonstrated ability to support operational management and change readiness activities.

  • Basic understanding of delivery processes and a willingness to learn continuous improvement practices.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Previous internship or work experience in software industry
