Community Hospital Corporation Information Technology Business Analyst in Plano, Texas

Community Hospital Corporation (CHC), a DFW Top 100 Employer, is seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our dynamic and growth oriented IT department as an Information Technology Business Analyst. In this role, you will provide critical support to our IT leaders across various areas from our corporate office, provide data and performance analysis to support smooth internal operations and delivery of client services.

This is an exciting onsite role at our beautiful corporate offices located in Plano between Legacy West and Grandscape. Major Responsibilities

Provide business analysis support to IT department activities including:

Sales

  • Review and update prospect contact information in Salesforce for accurate sales outreach

  • Analyze performance of sales processes and marketing initiatives

    IT Operations

  • Coordinate vendor invoice approval and processing

  • Coordinate timely and accurate monthly client billing

  • Analyze client billing data for performance trends and opportunities

    Telecom

  • Manage and organize data related to telecom services within Google Drive

  • Assist with contract renewal and authorization activities

  • Assist with posting submissions during peak season (July/August)

Additional Responsibilities

  • Coordinate content creation, design, and distribution of quarterly client newsletters

  • Provide general support as needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • Experience analyzing billing, invoicing, and performance data to identify trends and opportunities

  • Experience with Salesforce or CRM tools a plus

  • Ability to focus on a computer monitor and type on a keyboard for several hours

  • Ability to travel 10% of time

Skills and Knowledge

  • Proficient in Google Workspace (Doc, Sheets, Slides, Meet, Gmail, Calendar, Forms)

  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, communicating openly, respectfully, and in a timely manner

  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
