As the Product Associate role in U.S. Wealth Management as part of the Client & Employee Virtual Meeting (CEVM) product team you will will deliver digital experiences to enable seamless collaboration between customers and bank employees. The role involves contributing to the delivery of digital experiences that promote seamless collaboration between customers and bank employees

Job responsibilities

  • Partner with Area Product Owner to support research and analysis for new initiatives/features; refine problem definition, personas, process mapping, solution scope, high-level use cases and user experience

  • Work with System Architect to clarify business requirements to design best solution intent using approved tech stack

  • Team up with UI/UX designers and Content managers to design user facing components and workflows

  • Collaborate with Tech team/s to break initiatives/features into epics and stories

  • Refine epics and user stories covering all functional and non-functional requirements

  • Ensure acceptance criteria is defined to cover standard, alternate and exception scenarios

  • Collaborate with Product Owner, Area Product Owner and scrum teams to define sprint priorities and goals for epic and story build and refinement

  • Participate in retrospectives and drive continuous improvement outcomes across all phases of the Agile delivery lifecycle

  • Support the team in knocking down/escalating blockers that arise in all phases of the Agile delivery lifecycle

  • Oversee integrated QA testing and drive defect resolution leading up to production deployment

  • Execute UAT and Production Validation to ensure delivery quality

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial services,

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience working in product /business analyst or similar product function

  • Experience performing analysis and defining user personas, process documentation, epics, user stories and acceptance criteria

  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Agile delivery process

  • Significant experience using JIRA / Jira Align and building custom reporting

  • Significant experience using Confluence and/or Teams (or similar collaboration tools)

  • Structured thinker and effective communicator with excellent written communication skills

  • Highly self-motivated with ability to remain composed under pressure and excel during periods of ambiguity

  • University degree, or specialized training or equivalent work experience

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Preferably with experience in wealth management, financial planning, asset management, digital banking, or a closely related business managing strategic or transformational change

  • Experience related to digital product delivery

  • Relevant scrum certifications is a big plus (CSPO, A-CSPO, etc.)
