Job Description

• Data Change Request associates will cover from the brokers changing to broke amount, interest change, curing QM – Wide range of changes that could be done

• Update loan application

• Familiar with AUS

Additional Qualifications

• Understanding documents (credit reports, bank statements, large deposits etc)

• Need strong knowledge of fannie and freddie guidelines and for FHA/VA/Conventional

• Encompass experience (if applicable)

• Data Entry

• Analytical

• Auditing

• Keen attention to detail

• Someone who is committed to the role and wants to grow within the company

• Looking for a candidate who is eager to learn/coachable

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00
