Overview & Responsibilities At Republic Finance, we are building a leading consumer lending company. The Marketing Specialist creates content for marketing material and drafts communication to customers for marketing and general purposes, as well as internal communications. This position will also facilitate monthly marketing calendar activities and assist in the implementation of new strategies that will support our ambitious, organizational growth goals and drive business to our ever-expanding branch network and online channel. Job responsibilities are as follows: Increase brand awareness and customer retention through new communication channels with our target market. Coordinates with management and mail vendors any changes to prospect and customer communication pieces. This includes working with Adobe software to facilitate changes to mail pieces. Facilitates in the implementation of new marketing and communication strategies and the tracking of effectiveness and response of these new strategies. Operates in Salesforce Marketing Cloud to deploy email and SMS communications to customers. Requirements College Degree in a business related field required. Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Access and Word. Experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud is preferred. Have an extreme attention to detail and understanding of cause and effect. Superior organizational skills and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks. Exhibit analytical skills necessary to successfully perform the responsibilities listed above. Ability to make sound, independent judgments within established guidelines. Ability to work with and maintain large data files, compile information and prepare reports. Enthusiastic team player, but also capable of working independently.
