JPMorgan Chase Portfolio Health & Management Senior Associate in Plano, Texas

The Product Operations team is looking for motivated individuals who thrive on collaboration and partnership, enjoy working with data, and have a talent for storytelling. Our team sits within the Finance & Business Management organization, a key unit within JPMorgan Chase's Consumer & Community Banking (CCB) group, and partners closely with the various line of business stakeholders and Product, Experience, and Technology teams.

As a Senior Associate in the Portfolio Health & Management team, you will have four key focus areas: communicate product and portfolio progress to leaders monthly, ensure adherence to Portfolio Governance Reporting and Product Architecture controls, support day-to-day product portfolio governance operations, and contribution to the evolution of existing reporting structure with a focus towards enhancing efficiency. Additional responsibilities may include leading ad-hoc special projects and coordinating key forums. You will be responsible for collaborating with all Product teams and executives to communicate progress across a variety of functional activities including portfolio status, key roadmap updates, customer experience, etc. You will also partner with various stakeholders to track and communicate key metrics and results while serving as a liaison into the Product Operations organization to further streamline centralized reporting and Controls updates.

For this role, candidates must be able to physically work in either our Plano, TX, Wilmington, DE, or Columbus, OH, offices 3 days a week and remotely from home 2 days per week. The specific schedule will be determined and communicated by direct management.

Job Responsibilities

  • Oversee and deliver central reporting of key portfolio and product metrics/updates to Consumer & Community Banking Leadership.

  • Develop the timely creation of the CCB Product Operations Executive Management Report (EMR) and Portfolio Reviews across CCB's Product and Portfolios.

  • Provide timely updates on the Global Technology (GT) Significant Programs to CCB and GT Leadership teams, systems, and forums.

  • Partner with multiple Product teams and executives to gather the necessary data and communicate progress to leadership monthly.

  • Work closely and collaborate with the Product Community, Finance, Technology, Controls, Data & Analytics, and Design Leads to ensure that the Product, Experience, and Technology reporting is accurate and coordinated with best practices.

  • Manage the monthly report updates required for the CCB Portfolio and Products report repository; PXT Portfolio Operation Reporting Portal.

  • Ensure the CCB Product Operations' EMR and Portfolio Reporting is in adherence with the PXT Portfolio Reporting Governance Controls.

  • Manage the Product Architecture updates (portfolio/product additions/deletions) in a manner that aligns and supports the Product Architecture Controls.

  • Create the monthly Portfolio PXT Control KPI threshold reports.

  • Maintain CCB Product & Portfolio Governance Reporting Framework process and documentation.

  • Review existing processes and elevate, advocate, and integrate best practices across the organization.

  • Oversee day-to-day operations, including coordination and support of key forums across CCB Portfolios and Products.

  • Identify new practices and processes to enhance operations (e.g., dashboards, automation strategies, etc.).

Required Qualifications, Skills, and Capabilities

  • 3+ years of Project Management, Business Management/Operations or Scrum Master experience involving complex business, operations, and technology delivery.

  • Must have excellent and efficient skills using Microsoft tools such as MS PowerPoint and Excel, and Jira.

  • Executive presence and a thought leader able to influence and advocate for their views/ideas.

  • Demonstrate strong ability to analyze problems, quantitative analytics against large data sets.

  • Communicate effectively and confidently (both verbal and written).

  • Demonstrate influencing and relationship management skills to work in cross-functional teams.

  • Openness to an environment of active developmental feedback from peers and managers; eagerness to work in a fast-paced, results-driven, highly dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities

  • Tableau, Alteryx, and data visualization dashboard development experience

  • Experience with Confluence and Teams

  • Prior experience in financial services industry including line of business, business process and procedures knowledge.
