Robert Half Portfolio Management Architect in Plano, Texas
Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Portfolio Management Architect based in Plano, Texas. This role is instrumental in our team, with responsibilities ranging from processing customer applications, maintaining customer records, to resolving customer inquiries. As a Portfolio Management Architect, you will also be tasked with monitoring customer accounts and taking necessary actions based on your assessments.
Responsibilities:
• Architect and design solutions using Atlassian Jira and other Cloud Technologies.
• Develop and maintain backend systems, ensuring seamless operation and efficiency.
• Engage in AB Testing and Agile Scrum methodologies to enhance product quality.
• Utilize your skills in API Development and ASP.NET to improve our software solutions.
• Work with DB2 Database and EXPRESS in managing and organizing data.
• Make use of AWS Technologies for reliable and scalable cloud-based solutions.
• Monitor customer accounts, identifying any issues and taking appropriate action.
• Process customer credit applications with accuracy and efficiency.
• Maintain accurate customer credit records, ensuring all data is up-to-date and reliable.
• Resolve customer inquiries promptly and effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction at all times. Requirements • Must possess proficiency in Atlassian Jira, with a proven track record of managing complex projects using this tool.
• Strong background in Backend Development, including experience with various coding languages and frameworks.
• Demonstrated expertise in Cloud Technologies, including design, implementation, and maintenance of cloud-based solutions.
• Experience with DB2 Database, including setup, administration, and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with EXPRESS architectural framework is essential.
• Proven experience in AB Testing, including planning, executing, and analyzing results.
• Proficiency in Agile Scrum methodologies, including experience in leading Scrum teams.
• Experience in API Development, with a focus on designing, developing, and maintaining robust APIs.
• Knowledge of ASP.NET, including the ability to develop and maintain ASP.NET applications.
• Expertise in AWS Technologies, including understanding of AWS architecture and services. Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®
