JPMorgan Chase Product Manager - Cloud Advancement and Transformation Solutions in Plano, Texas

In this role, you will be contributing to the go-to-market strategy and for influencing the adoption and utilization of our internal multi-cloud services platform, while also embodying some facets of a Developer Advocate and Evangelist.

As a Product Manager in Cloud Advancement and Transformation Solutions, you are an integral part of the team that innovates new product offerings and leads the end-to-end product life cycle. As a core leader, you are responsible for acting as the voice of the customer and developing profitable products that provide customer value. Utilizing your deep understanding of how to get a product off the ground, you guide the successful launch of products, gather crucial feedback, and ensure top-tier client experiences. With a strong commitment to scalability, resiliency, and stability, you collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that exceed customer expectations.

Job responsibilities :

  • Develops a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers

  • Manages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap

  • Owns, maintains, and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition

  • Builds the framework and tracks the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability

  • Executes marketing and go-to-market plans for our cloud services platform, positioning as a preferred solution for the engineering teams

  • Develops and defines engaging and informative marketing and workshop materials in addition to resources to educate engineers and others on the functionalities and best practices of the cloud services platform, ultimately helping to foster adoption and an increase of cloud proficiency

  • Executes targeted campaigns and initiatives to drive awareness, engagement, and usage of the cloud services platform among internal engineering audiences, leveraging developer-centric approaches and channels

  • Gathers feedback from internal engineering teams to identify pain points, gather feature requests, and prioritize enhancements, ensuring the platform meets the evolving needs of developers

  • Collaborates closely with product management, engineering, and other teams to align on platform initiatives and drive coordinated efforts towards shared goals, advocating for developer-centric solutions

  • Serves as an advocate for developers and development teams within the organization, representing their interests, championing their needs, and advocating for tools, resources, and initiatives that empower and support them in their work

  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of internal marketing initiatives, analyze data to derive actionable insights, and optimize strategies to drive continuous improvement

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:

  • 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area

  • Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics

  • Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management

  • A strategic mindset with the ability to execute marketing plans that align with organizational goals and drive adoption

  • Understanding of cloud computing fundamentals, technologies, and developer ecosystems, with the ability to effectively transpose technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences

  • Proven experience with products that rely on AWS, GCP, or other SaaS offerings

  • Experience working collaboratively in cross-functional teams, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization, to drive alignment and support for platform initiatives

  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, derive actionable insights, and optimize strategies for continuous improvement

  • Ability to think creatively and strategically to identify opportunities, solve challenges, and drive innovative solutions that enhance the developer experience and drive adoption of the cloud services platform

  • Great communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts in a clear and compelling manner, both verbally and in writing

  • Focus on results and outcomes, with a track record of achieving measurable impact through effective marketing strategies and initiatives

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills:

  • Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent

  • A growth mindset with a commitment to continuous learning and professional development, staying informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to cloud services and developer advocacy
