As a Product Manager in Learn, you are an integral part of the team that innovates new product offerings and leads the end-to-end product life cycle. As a core leader, you are responsible for acting as the voice of the customer and developing profitable products that provide customer value. Utilizing your deep understanding of how to get a product off the ground, you guide the successful launch of products, gather crucial feedback, and ensure top-tier client experiences. With a strong commitment to scalability, resiliency, and stability, you collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that exceed customer expectations. You will work firmwide to increase the awareness, utilization, and impact from Data & AI learning solutions. You will develop marketing and go-to-market strategies, gather and analyze user feedback to improve Data & AI learning solutions and site, and design and lead site and service improvements.
Job responsibilities
Develops a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers
Manages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap
Owns, maintains, and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition
Builds the framework and tracks the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability
Creates go-to-market and marketing strategies to increase awareness, utilization, and impact from Data and AI learning solutions
Develops and execute plans for gathering user feedback and external research, analyze data, and identify and present recommendations
Designs and implement strategy to enhance site used to curate and present learning offerings and services provided
Defines and monitor key performance and use data-driven insights to optimize internal campaigns and adjust strategies as needed
Crafts compelling messaging and content strategies that resonate with internal stakeholders and business units. Manage internal communication channels to maximize reach and impact, ensuring all employees understand and are excited about the learning solutions
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management
Strong analytical abilities to interpret internal data and performance metrics.
Able to synthesize information clearly and concisely, tailoring communications and resources to effectively meet the needs of customers and stakeholders
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Ability to create clear, persuasive, and detailed marketing materials and presentations for an internal audience
Proven ability to lead initiatives and work collaboratively across diverse teams within a large organization
Experience in areas such as product management marketing, go-to-market, and marketing
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization
Strong consulting, negotiation and influence skills, with proven accomplishment in building relationships with internal stakeholders and leaders
Embrace and actively utilize Generative AI tools, with a curiosity and ability to learn new tools, platforms, and processes
Experience developing and implementing strategies to gather user research and external trends and developing recommendations based on findings
Strong organizational, project and time management skills, with the ability to work effectively on multiple projects in a fast moving, deadline-driven and agile development environment; demonstrated timely task completion and quality of deliverables
