JPMorgan Chase Program Manager, Location Strategy - Senior Associate in Plano, Texas

Consumer & Community Banking (CCB) Location Strategy is a Center of Excellence within CCB, responsible for providing Strategic Headcount Direction, Market Program Management, Reporting and Workspace Solution & Delivery.

As a Market Program Manager in Location Strategy you will be the subject matter expert for all activities in the market impacting CCB. You will be responsible for the oversight and integration of all CCB market specific projects and initiatives in the Texas Market that support CCB's Location Strategy. This oversight includes directly managed projects, projects managed by others within the Location Strategy team and initiatives managed by key constituents outside of the team.

Job responsibilities

  • Coordinate and execute all projects and initiatives impacting CCB's Location strategy to ensure project interdependencies are coordinated and managed to eliminate conflicts that would impact execution. Manage or partner with project managers to manage initiatives in the market.

  • Create strong, long lasting relationships with key constituents to foster the successful execution of CCB's location strategy. This includes partners in Real Estate, Technology, Location Leader Program and others.

  • Partner with local CCB and Real Estate leadership ensuring shared awareness and alignment on market strategy.

  • Monitor seat supply and demand in market and create awareness when necessary of risks and opportunities.

  • Supply data and strong storytelling to support senior leader monthly dashboards illustrating key market metrics including seat supply & demand, lease details, space costs, key initiatives, opportunities, risks, overall health of market.

  • Arrange/conduct site walkthroughs, identify needs/opportunities as appropriate to ensure facilities maintain corporate standard; create and drive business cases as appropriate to obtain approvals.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 6+ years of project management experience required with a focus on managing multiple large interdependent projects

  • Bachelors' Degree and/or project management certification

  • Demonstrated superior communication, storytelling and effective negotiation skills

  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver strong results within fixed timeframes

  • Ability to think independently and to develop creative solutions to client issues

  • Attention to detail, follow-through and results orientation

  • Client management skills: strong interpersonal skills and the ability to closely partner with key constituents

  • Strong communications skills - Excellent written and oral executive-level communications skills

  • Teamwork skills - Must be flexible in work style and be able to work with stakeholders and colleagues at all levels

  • Maintain confidentiality and work with sensitive information

Candidates must be able to physically work in our Plano, TX office 3 days a week and remotely from home 2 days per week. The specific schedule will be determined and communicated by direct management.
