As a Vice President, Program Manager- Sales Forecasting and Pipeline Analyst within our dynamic Merchant Services Commercialization team, you will operate within a sales operations framework, providing essential leadership and support to our sales and relationship management teams. You will have the opportunity to lead high-stakes calls, develop sophisticated reports and dashboards in Salesforce, and promote the automation of reporting processes using advanced tools such as Tableau. This role offers you the chance to showcase your forecasting skills and deliver executive-level insights.
Job Responsibilities:
Lead the synthesis and interpretation of data from diverse sources to deliver comprehensive and accurate sales forecasts, ensuring alignment with overarching business objectives.
Implement rigorous methodologies to categorize and project sales performance, maintaining a high degree of forecast precision and strategic alignment.
Facilitate and lead high-level sales pipeline calls, offering strategic insights into pipeline health and identifying opportunities for sales representative coaching.
Oversee the monitoring and evaluation of individual sales representatives and the broader team, proactively identifying at-risk deals and prioritizing high-impact opportunities.
Architect and maintain sophisticated reports and dashboards in Salesforce, leveraging Tableau and other advanced tools to automate and enhance reporting processes.
Conduct holistic analyses of the sales pipeline, adeptly navigating ambiguity to extract actionable insights and drive strategic decision-making.
Forge and nurture strong partnerships with the sales teams, implementations team, finance, and other key stakeholders to ensure cohesive reporting and strategic alignment.
Exercise influence and change management skills to drive behavioral change within the sales team, holding teams accountable for achieving performance targets.
Collaborate with sales enablement and CRM teams to innovate and enhance sales pipeline and forecasting capabilities.
Required Qualifications, Skills, and Capabilities:
A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales forecasting, sales operations, or a related analytical role, with a proven track record in a leadership capacity.
Demonstrated expertise in Salesforce, Tableau, and other advanced sales analytics tools.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to distill complex data into clear, actionable insights.
Superior communication and presentation skills, with a proven ability to articulate complex concepts to executive leadership.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and maintain meticulous attention to detail.
Experience in change management and a track record of influencing cross-functional teams to achieve strategic objectives.
Preferred Qualifications, Skills, and Capabilities:
Proficiency in data management and analysis tools.
Experience with CRM system enhancements and a deep understanding of sales technology ecosystems.
Self-motivated and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Business, Finance, or a related discipline.
In-depth knowledge of the merchant services and payment processing industry is highly desirable.
