Who We’re Looking For
The Senior Dealer Facilities Analyst is responsible for providing expert guidance and support to field office management, driving positive impacts on dealership facilities. This role is key in managing Toyota’s Image programs across six regions/PDs, ensuring dealer compliance, and recommending strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention. The Analyst will oversee critical aspects of dealership facility planning, layout, sustainability, cost reduction, aesthetics, and space utilization, while adhering to policy guidelines. This position plays a vital role in enhancing dealership facilities, driving growth, and ensuring Toyota's continued success in the marketplace.
What You’ll Be Doing
Assist with brand compliance for dealer facilities.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external business partners to ensure consistent administrative processes.
Review and critique construction documents provided by the dealer’s architect.
Maintain and measure dealer floor and site plans in AutoCAD and ensure compliance with facility standards.
Provide executive level presentations and summaries
What You Bring
Bachelor’s in Architecture, design or related field.
Proven experience in facility planning, project management, or a related field.
Strong proficiency with 2D and 3D design software such as AutoCAD and other design software.
Knowledge of sustainable practices, cost-reduction strategies, and industry standards for dealership or retail.
Ability to understand and review construction documents.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects.
Ability to be in-office 3 days a week at our Plano HQ location.
Ability to potentially travel up to 10% domestically.

USGBC LEED accreditation
Architecture or interior design licensed
Retail design experience
