ManpowerGroup Senior ETL and Data Analytics Specialist(Application Programmer V) in Plano, Texas

Our client seeking an experienced ETL and Data Analytics Specialist to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, ETL processes, and system integration, with expertise in Informatica, Oracle PLSQL, and Unix shell scripting. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to support business decision-making, manage server updates, cloud migration, and troubleshoot data issues.

ETL and Data Analytics Specialist

Location: Plano, TX

Hybrid: 3 days onsite, 2 remote

Contract: 12-18 Months - Must be able to work on an Experis W2/ We cannot work with C2C candidates or third parties on this role.

Pay: $65-$68/hr

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform data analysis and reporting to support decision-making.

  • Design and implement ETL processes using Informatica and Oracle PLSQL.

  • Collaborate with teams to identify and prioritize business needs.

  • Support server updates and Informatica cloud migration projects.

  • Troubleshoot data discrepancies and system issues.

  • Ensure data security and compliance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.

  • 7+ years of experience in data analysis.

  • 8+ years of experience in Oracle/PLSQL, ETL/Informatica.

  • Hands-on experience with Informatica upgrade/migration and server updates.

  • Strong SQL skills and performance tuning experience.

  • Experience in financial services, compliance, or regulatory reporting.

  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
