Must have the following to apply:

• At least two years of experience in all aspects of paving operations; to include operation of all paving equipment
• Communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work days, nights, or weekends as needed
• Ability to complete all required paperwork efficiently
• Ability to meet company MVR requirements and have a valid state drivers license

Job Description:

We are looking to fill a highly skilled Asphalt Paving Foreperson for our local operations.

• Assist with the coordination and scheduling of work to be performed by the asphalt crew
• Assist with the supervision and direction of assigned asphalt laborers and equipment operators relating to the spreading, finishing, and compacting of asphalt
• Provide guidance and development of all asphalt crew members
• Receive, prioritize, and assign daily work assignments
• Observe work in progress and provide guidance and direction on procedures and techniques
• Ensure safe practices and procedures are followed
• Assist with the monitoring and or coordinating the effective maintenance and repair of all assigned equipment
• Other duties as assigned

$85,000 to $95,000 annually, depending on experience. Benefits are offered.
