The ideal candidate is a professional, results-oriented manager, responsible for the sales management of multiple locations and multiple sales managers, and will have the ability to consistently meet and exceed revenue targets. The Regional Sales Manager will manage all aspects of day-to-day operations, sales management, direct sales needs, people management and partnership with the local Services team in order to best represent SCI Direct brands locally. He/she must meet our high standard of service quality and ethics, and stimulate business growth through innovative market strategies. Qualified candidates will demonstrate strong communication skills and be able monitor and manage sales performance, leads, conversion ratios and compliance with Company policies of all Sales Employees.

Our Top-performing Regional Sales Managers lead by example and must be a cross functioning executive. Regional Sales managers must always be willing to write contracts, conduct training sessions, and interview potential new hires as needed.
