Note; The pay rate for this job is $43 / hour

Responsibilities:

• Hours:  Monday - Friday, 6:30 am - 3:00 pm,

• 40 Hour Week

• Construction / Renovation of Assisted Living facility specializing in patients with Dementia.

• Running copper, PVC and PEX piping along with install of all plumbing fixtures.

• Tool Required: All specialty tools provided - Hole Saw, Pipe Bender would be a plus.

• Channel Locks and Wrench Set required. .

 Qualifications:

• Current/Active Connecticut Plumbing License P1 /P2 or S1/S2

• OSHA 10 issued in the past 5 years

• Certification or a willingness to obtain it

• Experienced in wall rough in plumbing

• Experience with PVC with overhead copper.

• Ability to stand, bend, kneel and walk for extended periods throughout the day

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation

• Prior experience in the commercial field required

• Prior experience using Standard hand tools required with specialty tools provided by the client. required

• Position may require a drug screen
